I just added core doc/database-support.html, the HOWTO for adding support
for a new rdbm to Stellation. There is (extremely) sketchy "Coding" section
that could use a lot of work.

Please feel free to make edits to (if you have commit privileges), or send me changes for
(if you don't), any of the database-related documents.
