[stellation-res] new 'Database Documentation' Section

I've just started a new section in the 'Documentation' page called
'Database Documentation', with entries for DB2, Firebird, Oracle,
PostgreSQL and MySQL.

Only the entry for PostgreSQL is up to date. This currently covers
use of 7.2. I have bad luck with 7.3, which I will document soon.

The entries for Firebird, Oracle and MySQL are new and are currently
just in outline form.

All this is mainly to get the ball rolling to complete the work on supporting
all these database, including the completion of the necessary documentation.

I had thought of providing a guideline on how to structure the documents, but think
it best just to let PostgreSQL document serve as a starting point, and to mutually
incorporate any changes in format, and so forth, in the documentation for the
other databases that we agree is an improvement. In brief, let the best (whatever
it is) serve as the exemplar for the others.

The entry for DB2 is out of date, and I may try to work on it soon, though I think
support of open-source databases is more important. I will try to flesh out the
Firebird one by trying to get the Firebird port going on my machine.

Re MySQL, Mark is working on the license issue, and for now we should only
work on, and document, use of MySQL using the LGPL (*not* GPL) version
of the JDBC driver.

The html source for the database documents is in core/doc directory.
