[stellation-res] Nightly Builds

I have made some progress on new build/install process and nightly builds. 
Downloads section now has "Nightly Builds" subsection. 
I have populated directory 2002-12-02 with bin and src builds for stellation core,
produced by
  ant -f build-core.xml tar-bin
and
  ant -f build-core.xml tar-src
respectively, using latest files checked into core root directory, 
and also doc/install.html, doc/build.html.

I populated 2002-12-02 by hand.  I'll try to get nightly builds running automatically soon.
