I just populated 2002-12-03 with today's build.

I updated the ant build file to follow some of the suggestions
in Appendix D of "Java Development with Ant" by Hatcher and
Loughran (an excellent book by the way).

The good news is that today's tar files created by
  ant -f build-code.xml all
which compiles, tests, and builds tar files.

Jim and I are meeting tomorrow to work out how to provide more
download files soon.
