Just did a quick check. I'll assume that "org.stellation.docs" is
actually "org.eclipse.stellation/docs". That being the case, then
there is no problem either with you or your environment -- the folders
are empty (in so far as they contain only child folders, but no
files). By default, CVS prunes empty folders and doesn't download
them (long story... the final answer about why is "because CVS has
some quirks").
