[stellation-res] Website files: docs or doc?

Hi guys,
(Are there any girls? :)

If I want to update an html file belonging to the Stellation website,
do I update it in 

org.eclipse.stellation/docs

or in

org.eclipse.stellation/plugins/org.eclipse.stellation.misc/doc
?

If the files in one of these locations are no longer used, can they be
removed from the repository?
