Hello,

I don't know what happens when hosting the prepackaged plugins at my
ISP homepage, but I have moved the plugins again. They are now hosted
on SourceForge, on the website of one of my own projects there.

The URL is:

http://stecl.sourceforge.net/eclipse/updates/

This one works for me. Report any problems you might have.
