As for the -s flag I'll make a mental note of that. Do you want me to re-submit my pending pull requests with the flag set? Or will it suffice to just ensure it is done moving forward?

I’ve asked this question twice before and haven’t yet received a response :-(  I think you don’t need to re-submit until Spatial4j has actually transitioned.  (FYI committers (me, Ryan) don’t need to use -S)
