Hi Scott, my bad -- I had the mail list set up in the wrong order of
operations.

This actually is a requirement of the Eclipse Industry Work Group process,
and not a special rule of the SOA IWG.  It is to ensure adequate resources
are available to help run the IWG's.  The full details of the IWG process
