Thanks for the reply. I'm sure, Eclipse Legal/IP could easily clarify if a potential overlap or issue could arise, as it does e.g. for the regular names of projects or release trains.

If you browse the new site, the "favicon" file is currently white, not transparent. Maybe the webmaster or -designer can use the transparent image there?;-)

Thanks for pointing out the similarity with RippleLabs' logo and the
Science group.

FWIW, we do have a transparent logo. We have many formats & colour
combinations. For instance, attached is a .svg full colour version.

The new science working group web site is coming soon.
