(A) Yes. And I very much agree with Markus that it needs to be done (complete TCK etc.). We may need to back out of Jakarta EE11, but the schedule as it stands now is aggressive for more than just us. I suspect that Wave 1 - 4 specs may have difficulty achieving their January 31 deadline and the overall schedule will be re-visited.
(B) Yes, starting in January. Understand that some TCK from 3.1 (such as Multi-part, default exception mapper, and possibly others) still need to be completed.
