[ptp-dev] Problem building PTP workspace at PTP 4.0

I've been getting the following error popup every time I build my PTP workspace with PTP 4.0 code.

Errors occurred during the build.
Errors running builder 'Integrated External Tool Builder' on project 'org.eclipse.ptp.rm.pbs.jproxy'.
The file does not exist for the external tool named Set Proxy.sh permission.
The file does not exist for the external tool named Set Proxy.sh permission.

It appears there's a missing file. Can someone look at this?
