I agree that support for renaming a folder when it has been
moved on a server is very important, both for efficiency,
as well as to not lose the local non-controlled files that are
in that folder.

Imagine that you have created & deployed a folder with a large amount of
data contained within it.
Now, you decide to rename the folder.
When you sync it with the remote target site, the existing folder will be
deleted & the local renamed folder will be uploaded again, along with all
of its contents.
However, it would be far more efficient to simply rename the remote folder
to match the existing one.
Can & should this be applied to Target Management? (I hope this is the
right place to ask...)
