Title: Ignoring entire directories?

Hi everyone,

I'd like to know if it's possible to add entire directories to your ignored list. The Team class isIgnoredHint() method only takes in IFile types which suggests that this is not possible (at least not without a ton of work). I would like users of my plugin to be able to simply specify a directory that they don't want to be managed, such as "bin" for example. Does anyone know how to do this?
