Are you by chance running on an Intel®
64 (x86_64) machine? There was no support for the Intel Fortran compiler
on that architecture until the recently announced Photran 4.0 beta 5 release. Try
upgrading to the newer Photran release if you are on x86_64.
If this is not the problem, please respond
with the version of Photran you are using and the machine architecture you are
running on.

Dear all,
I would like to use the intel fortran compiler with Photran. I'm not able to
set the compiler as explained in the following page:

I follow the above procedure for photran 4.0 but I cannot list the line
"executable (intel(R) Fortran)" under static library.
I list only "Executable (Gnu fortran)" and "Executable (Gnu
fortran on MacOs X) "
I installed the compiler on a linux machine.
Can anyone help me?!
