I would recommend opening bugzilla bug reports for problems that you discover as well as for enhancement requests. That way they can be tracked and added to any future development plans.

Do you have a list of what you want to do on the CDT?
Can I encourage you by putting a reward on this work?
My boss would probably not bother, but I'm prepared to pay a bottle
of wine or brandy to the one who'll accomplish this!
