Re: [papyrus-ic] The end of the Papyrus IC?

As you all know, Flanders Make has withdrawn at the end of 2017, so I don’t know the latest evolutions or discussions.

I do feel significant efforts have been made by several people and promising results have been reached.

Therefore I agree that a constructive assessment would be appropriate.

In all cases, I’m glad to have participated and would like to thank you all for your commitment and pleasant cooperation.

Best regards,

Johan

I am with you, Charles.  I would like to meet and proactively wind down in a productive way.  There may be bits that we should be sure get taken care of going forward.

It would be great to meet face-to-face one more time.  Will there be a quorum at MODELS?

I think it may be time to figure out what will happen with the Papyrus IC.

The PolarSys infrastructure is going to Eclipse and the Papyrus IC infrastructure is part of it.

But is there a consensus to continue efforts for this working group? Or is it time to archive every/some things?

Just as for PolarSys, I believe that here are things that are historically valuable and interesting (I already started backing some up, just in case)?

I am hoping I will get some answers to this mail, but if not, it also sends a strong message.

At the very least, I would like a post-mortem of this experiment, even if I end up writing it on my own.

It was a pleasure to work with all of you on this endevour.
