Hi Pierre (and Roger),
thanks for the updates. Iit would be good to have a service
(minor) release of the Python client before June so we can include
it in the simultaneous release. I didn't expect MQTT V5 support
to be in there at that point, given what I'd heard from you guys
so far, which is why I notionally had it in mind for later in the
year.
I may well contribute V5 support myself, if no one else gets to
it sooner, but it won't happen until after June as I've the C
client(s) to concentrate on before then.

As Roger said, latest commit on master match the latest
release. That being said I will try to do a minor release before

I'd just like to point out that the last commit date is a
bit misleading for the Python client. The master doesn't
get updated much, but the fixes and develop branches were
last committed to on the 4th of March and 21st January
respectively.
