Hi all,

In preparation of the OSGi spec project F2F meetings this week at the OSGi Summit at EclipseCon, I started working on a Feature Launcher spec. This is aimed at beginning to address the requirements from https://github.com/osgi/osgi/blob/requirements/386/.design/requirements-386.md
