Hello folks,

The https://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/2019-12/ and https://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/drops/R20191126223242/ repos do not refer to the same directory on download.eclipse.org.

The 2019-12 eventually points to https://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/drops2/S20191126223242/repository/

the R release eventually points to https://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/drops2/R20191126223242/repository/

Same date&time, but R vs S.
