[mosquitto-dev] 2.1.0rc3 available

Hi all,

I've just pushed the 2.1.0rc3 release candidate tag and source tar.

Compared to rc2 this includes:

* A variety of compiler warning fixes
* Setting the C++ std version in cmake, to help with test compilation
* Fixed mocks compilation on mac
* Fixed persist-sqlite linking on mac
* Cmake: added a fallback to readline if editline/readline.h not available

I'm now proposing Thursday as the new release date, assuming nothing
comes up to require further delay.
