[mosquitto-dev] Version 1.4.8 released

Dear all,

Version 1.4.8 has been released. This includes a security related bug
related to the listener mount_point feature. The bug allows a client
that is restricted to a mount_point to publish messages outside this
hierarchy using the last will and testament feature. It is not
possible for a client to know whether it is restricted by a
mount_point, nor to read any messages from outside the mount_point.

All binaries that the project provides have been updated.
