Hi,

A number of fixes against Mojarra 3.0.x had accumulated in the repo, and we got some requests to release a new 3.0.x version.

I've executed the TCK against GlassFish 6.1.0 updated with 3.0.1-SNAPSHOT from master, and it passes: https://ci.eclipse.org/mojarra/job/2_mojarra-run-tck-against-staged-build/36/artifact/faces-tck/bin/summary.txt

So I'd like to go ahead and release this version as 3.0.1.
