Is there a way for those who have built tools on top of Papyrus to have access to this prior to the release date for testing (e.g., a nightly build for this work)?
Is there an outside facing announcement (e.g., web or wiki page) that makes this announcement and describes the fixes and the additional feature?
It would be great if we could let our toolsmith users know about this early to help ensure an easy transition.
This is the kind of information, available in an open manner, is a great initiative to help our community!

Dear all, In order to make available important bug fixes on Papyrus in its Oxygen version, we will make a new service release of Papyrus, Papyrus 3.4. This latter will be available on May the 21th . It will include bug fixes for the sequence diagram editor but also bug fixes of the Papyrus Layers feature and a new extra feature for profile evolution management. Best regards, The Papyrus Team.
