I've done minor corrections/adjustments to the project plan.

The only section "unreal" section is the "Release Deliverables" one. Looking at Indigo downloads web page, we don't release neither standalone binaries nor automated tests.

Do we want to change this ? Create bugzillas to fix them for the release ?... I remember having problem while trying to create the standalone zip (with the current packaging scripts).
