The Eclipse Foundation Board of Directors has approved the following two resolutions.

RESOLVED, the Board approves the creation of an Internet of Things (IoT) Top Level Project at Eclipse and the related Charter as proposed.

RESOLVED, the Board approves the appointment of Jens Reimann (Eclipse SCADA project lead) and Kai Kreuzer (Eclipse SmartHome project lead) as the co-leads of the IoT PMC.

Congratulations to everyone involved! And thank you to Jens and Kai for taking on the role of PMC co-leaders.

Let the restructuring begin!
