Yes, it is only included in the g-Eclipse EPP packages.

=> That means that we do not get this kind of information if someone installs 
g-Eclipse from the update sites.

Not sure if we should/can enforce this, but yes, might be a good idea, 
especially if a project has not too much users and the expected 
developer/user ratio is quite high.
