[emfstore-dev] Continuous Changelog

Hi,
to simplify releasing EMFStore and ECP we want to update the changelogs continuously.
I created an entry "Upcoming Release", where everybody should create an item for every important bugfix or feature he implements.
When a new version is released, a new headline with the version number will be placed on top of this list. D.C.
