[emfstore-dev] Build and Release - "Nothing to do" means "Nothings wrong"...

Hi developers!

Since all of you recently received "build failed"-mails through this mailing list, you may have wondered "whats wrong?".
The good news is, our build is much more stable than it appears! :-)
Every time a build exits with the following message, it is because of a bug in Hudson [1] [2] that prevents it from building when it thinks nothing has changed.
In turn Hudson will try to archive artifacts that do not exist and therefore fails.
Nothing to do
Archiving artifacts
Sending e-mails to: ***********
[DEBUG] Skipping watched dependency update for build: emf-emfstore-integration #267 due to result: FAILURE
Finished: FAILURE
The bad news is, even though the bug has been fixed in Hudson some time ago, the new version is still not available on eclipse.org.
Also there there is currently no good workaround (if you have a feasible idea, please let me know!), so you will keep receiving these mails for a little longer. :-(

However, please do not ignore all E-Mails from Hudson. In the short time we have it, continuous integration already helped us finding bugs!
You can quickly identify the irrelevant mails by:
- how short they are
- by the lack of a commit-message in the first few lines, and
- by the last few lines (see excerpt above).

Cheers
Max
