[egit-dev] fyi - release 0.7.0 is bunk

The release 0.7.0 is garbage.  SSH connections deadlock when trying to
fetch or push to a remote SSH server.  I'm trying to work up a fix,
which means we're already looking at a 0.7.2, perhaps later today or
tomorrow.
