We've received a proposal for a new Jakarta CRaC specification project.

I believe that the standard for the working group is to use the Implementation Patent License (which is what is indicated in the proposal currently). Please advise if otherwise.

If you have any questions regarding the proposal, please capture them on this tracking issue.

The project is in the community review phase. We'll ask you to initiate your ballot when we lock the proposal down for the creation review. In the meantime, please work with the project team to resolve any concerns that you might have.
