Honestly I was thinking about something more systematic like sending an email to each ML at the Eclipse Foundation.
Sending a couple of emails here and there won't cut it.

Good idea. Do you volunteer to send a mail to some projects? Please list the project you plan to contact so there is no overlap.

I will send a mail to the Tycho and the Hudson project ML.
