Hi,

two (obvious) suggestions:
- Every PC member should (again) send a message to their social networks (Twitter, Google+, etc.) 
about the deadline extension. It would help if we had a template for the message.
- Every PC member should (again) personally encourage 5 people for submitting to ECNA
