Re: [eclipsecon-na-program-committee] Declined Comments

Was a little late in the game on this (due to time zones perhaps).  All of the decline comments in the Java section looks good to me.  I added decline comments for the following tracks in the JS track:

https://www.eclipsecon.org/na2014/session/asynchronous-html-template-rendering
https://www.eclipsecon.org/na2014/session/_javascript_-apps-and-their-tooling-building-testing-and-integrating-browser-microservices
https://www.eclipsecon.org/na2014/session/going-back-future-orion-%E2%80%93-extensions-cobol-and-mainframe-environments

I can help out some more if there's anything still missing.

We have a status of "waiting list" and sessions with this status don't get auto-emails.

I believe last year we didn't send out auto-declines at all for wait list talks.  Either you or Anne will need to get in touch and confirm they are willing to be on the wait list. This generally means they need to prepare a talk and perhaps not get accepted and therefore not get a conference pass.
