Hi everyone,

I've re-read all our declined talks, and I've added decline comments to 98 of them. By my calculation, we are rejecting about 130 talks, so only about 30 left. I'm going to assign categories to everyone, and if you could read what I have (and update it if you'd like). I was going pretty quickly, so I wouldn't be surprised if there were typos. Also, if I don't have a declined comment on a talk, feel free to add one (or add a PC comment and I'll formulate a declined comment from that).

The declined comments are on the 'edit' page of the proposal. 

I've also been adding declined_comment as a tag (when I add the comment). Don't do this. I'll do this once I review the comment.

If we each take a category or two, it should go quickly.
