I
think we agreed everyone would not vote for their own
submissions. However, I do think it is important PC members
vote for all other submissions. The expectation is that when
you are voting you are trying to put together the best
program for EclipseCon. You are not voting to try to make
sure your colleagues or team members get a speaking spot. I
trust everyone will vote regardless of their corporate, team
or project affiliations.

we are involved ourselves (or our companies) in many Eclipse
projects, shouldn't we have an agreement not voting on
submissions coming from our team / colleagues ?
