[eclipse.org-planning-council] FYI: Different versions of epl-v10.html

Dear Project Leads,
when reviewing the DSDP-TM legal docs, I noticed that the
Eclipse Foundation currently distributes several slightly
different versions of epl-v10.html (no worries: they differ
in formatting only, not in content).
I initiated an IPBug discussion on IPZilla to clarify what
was the correct version to take. My own preference is taking
the one that includes least unnecessary HTML formatting
overhead, i.e. the "plain html" version from
http://www.eclipse.org/org/documents/epl-v10.html
This one is just 12KB in size whereas the others are
16KB in size.
