I started playing with this, and one of the items I think we should add 
is CKEditor for the places where we allow HTML to be included.

In particular I think for the Submission of a talk, it will give it that 
added touch of polish and give people a convient way to enhance their 
submissions.  You can also provide them with a template to use to be 
filled in as well if wanted.
