I don't think it does. In fact I think that having talk slots over more days
actually reduces the incidence of parallel talk issues. It's like having an
extra thread to do processing.

I'm disregarding the board meeting as a parallelization issue, and I'm
considering the parallel operation of the member's meeting to be something
that will not effect people unduly.
