Yes I do have an idea.  Let's not parallelize things we don't have to. 

For example, by putting tutorials on Mon, Tue and Wed (instead of Mon, Tue,
Wed and Thu) then I believe we reduce a number of parallelization conflicts.

We will never eliminate parallelized conflicts, but we can reduce them for
sure.

One solution would be to have a single track conference, but of course 
that means that we would have many many many fewer slots for talks, so 
that's probably not a good solution.

Donald - do you have any suggestions for how to avoid parallelizing 
things that should not be parallel given that we have to have things in 
parallel?
