I have to leave about 15 minutes before the hour tomorrow, so I may not be there for the discussion about retiring inactive committers. However, I'm very interested in this topic because I think the science tlp has many such accounts and I have viewed them for several years now as significant security risks. 

I read the ticket and I think adding inactivity to the existing reasons the EMO has for retiring accounts is fine. I also agree with the purposed definition of activity (with the obvious caveat that off-project work from a recently inactive account needs to be carefully scrutinized for possible account hijacking).

FYI, I have a conflict and need to move our April 2026 meeting from the usual Thursday to Friday. Our next meeting will be on Friday April 10 (I'll move it an hour earlier). I expect that our next meeting with dominated by one topic:
