Greetings Eclipse Technical Advisory Council.

Our March 2026 meeting is tomorrow (Thursday March 12 2026) at 11:00 am EDT (Eastern Daylight Time), 5:00 pm CET (Central European Time) via Zoom.

We what appears to be a very full agenda.

ETAC Issue Project created (Wayne)
Committer Survey 2026 Plan (Wayne)
How do we acknowledge/assess/allow access to non-committer participants in the project? (Jonah)
More fine grained permissions on GitHub (Jonah)
Enabling sponsoring/funding links for Eclipse projects (Christoph)
Long-term inactive committers represent a potential security risk (Wayne, Mikael?)

FYI, I have a conflict and need to move our April 2026 meeting from the usual Thursday to Friday. Our next meeting will be on Friday April 10 (I'll move it an hour earlier). I expect that our next meeting with dominated by one topic:

Revise the EDP in 2026 (Wayne)
