On https://github.com/eclipse-cdt-cloud/cdt-gdb-adapter/pull/467 cwalther is listed as a "member", historically I thought that members on GitHub meant they were a committer on the project. But I now see that they can be a member as a contributor.

In https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/ecd.cdt-cloud/who it shows committers and contributors.
However in https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/tools.cdt/who it only shows committers (no contributors)

Should tools.cdt be showing contributors? Is this some change I missed as PL that slipped through the cracks?
