[eclipse.org-architecture-council] PDT needs a mentor

I thought I'd bring the following bug and topic up for Architecture 
Council consideration.  I already know that Chris and Ed are on the case 
from a committers rep standpoint, but thought that this was a unique 
enough situation that it deserved some discussion of it's own.

I think that PDT probably is in need of a senior mentor, somebody that 
can navigate the political mine field that is probably involved with 
this particular project.    The one good thing about this is that the 
PDT user community is finally starting to raise their voices about the 
issue.    Not sure if this issue really falls within the Architecture 
Council's perview, but raising awareness of the issue is probably a good 
thing.  I've added the project to the section on the Mentorship page, of 
possible projects that don't have a mentor.
