I like Denis' idea too. Since its his idea, I think he should moderate; just
kidding. :-P
This way, anything that's likely to turn into a discussion can be forked as a
bugzilla immediately. Anything that's just a question, can be redirected to a
suitable mailing list or newsgroup. And things better discussed elsewhere,
like the cross projects list, can be redirected there.
