- added new API for easier access to annotations in a given region
- performance optimizations still under investigation
- added overview ruler enhancements
- show line number in hover
- select line when clicking
- added new 'Native Problem Underline' text style for annotations
- warnings, errors and spelling problems use this new style
- users can now choose from all available text styles for Text, Search and
JDT annotations. Made patch for Debug to get the same behavior.
