[dsdp-tm-dev] Making stuff internal

Hi all,

We're moving forward with making stuff internal:
Michael Scharf has finished the terminal,
I have finished the ssh subsystem,
Javier is working on FTP and Discovery.

According to

I'm also the owner of local, and I intend to make all
implementation there internal, but I wanted to check
back with you before I go ahead. If you want to veto it,
please do it now!
