Hi Shigkei,

The PMC already approved the MWT libraries as "non-exempt pre-req". We
don't need to vote again.

You just need to create a new CQ for libraries and reference this vote.
Then in the comments on CQ 2766, put a link to the MWT library CQ that
you create.

I'm little bit confusing about IP procedure. But, let me go as step by
step.

So,
We got vote for NAB demo-player.

Now, please approve MWT libraries as "non-exempt pre-req".
MWT is a "run-time" multi-platform GUI library that is distributed from
WideStudio.org.

MWT is licensed under X11/MIT license.
The application build by NAB is require MWT libraries.
