As per the bug, Signed-off-by is NOT required for committers on that project. You are a committer on that project.

For visibility, the bug (with further details) around "Signed-off by" is:

This requires change in IP policy. Nothing the AC can decide but we can capture our wish in our meeting notes.

For the others I am collecting ideas (preferably bug numbers that should be prioritized) that we can give to Denis & team.
