Hi,

We lose 99% of our casual contributors.

Can you share some insight on how you got this high number? 

1. Merge the new user and ECA signing process into one fluent wonderful experience.

We currently redirect all users to the ECA form on login if they don't have one on file.

2. Get rid of the "Signed-off-by" requirement in commit messages.

VSCode's CLA Process -> (takes less than a minute)

I will donate E50 to the FoE once committed.
